Property Acquisition:

- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts to secure properties under advantageous conditions.

Property Disposition:
- Formulate and execute strategies to effectively market and sell acquired properties.
- Create property listings and promotional materials, collaborating with real estate agents as necessary.
