The University Relations Manager of Talent Acquisition for this area will design, direct, and oversee all recruiting activity for Professional, Early-In-Career, University Relations, Intern, and Apprenticeship programs. Responsibilities: Manage recruitment for all Internship and Apprenticeship Programs. Design and implement a campus outreach strategy to support business objectives and needs. Partner with business leaders to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs. Develop and implement strategic plans for university engagement. Directly manage the Intern and UR Recruiters. Create, execute, and manage the organization's University Relations strategy. Develop a HBCU and HSI strategy. Partner with Global Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to drive adoption and grow diversity recruiting programs for underrepresented groups and ensure an inclusive candidate experience. Build and maintain relationships with all University and Campus stakeholders both internally and externally. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of all university and campus programs and initiatives. Develop and manage the organization's DEI recruitment strategy. Manage and carry out all internal and external events and activities including campus events, career fairs, and recruitment drives in both the University and DEI space. Collaborate with TA and other departments to ensure the organization is delivering best-in-class programs. Stay abreast of industry-wide initiatives and best practices in University and DEI recruiting. Ensure compliance and own governance of all UR and DEI programs. Design, deliver, and manage specific programs focused on delivering a sustainable pipeline of Talent in the Military/Veteran and Disability space. Track and report on key performance indicators related to university engagement. Design additional programs to support the requirements of the organization. Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred or a combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. A minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in a related field. Strong attention to detail and work ethic. Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills. Personal time management skills and organization. Comfortable working in an open and highly interactive, fast-paced, communicative culture. Ability to embrace change and support multiple groups at one time. Ability to work well in a team environment with positive energy. Adhere to WWT core values.
