HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Talent Management & Engagement This is an HRBP role focused on Talent Management, Engagement, and career pathways. With a workforce of nearly 2000 across 90 sites in the UK, they are the UK’s largest leisure experience provider. During and since lockdown, they have focused on large-scale refurbishments, opening new sites, and setting up an additional business. This role supports centres across the North and Northwest. You will work in partnership with the Regional Director and be responsible for driving and implementing the talent strategy across the region, with a broad range of HR responsibilities, particularly in talent management, succession planning, recruitment strategies, and team development. HR is heavily focused on coaching and guiding managers, with support from Recruitment, L&D, and a Central ER team. The culture is informal, decisions are made quickly, and they are in the business of creating fun environments. Experience in a multi-site operation within leisure, retail, or hospitality is required. The role involves a standard 35-hour week, an Electric Vehicle car scheme, and a 20% bonus that has been paid out 100% in the past several years. You will manage your own diary across the 18 sites, with a strong focus on people interaction; this is not a home-based role.
