Position: Change Management Coordinator

Location: Waukegan, IL 60085 (Onsite)

Duration: Long-term contract or contract to hire

I am looking for a Change Management Coordinator to join our team We offer full benefits

The ideal candidate will have a strong Quality Engineering / Validation / Regulatory compliance background and significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves coordinating multiple change management processes and quality risk management at the site level. The candidate will not be directly in charge of change management but will facilitate and coordinate multiple changes and procedural requirements.

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Change Management Coordination: Oversee and coordinate multiple change management (CM) processes to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
  • Quality Risk Management: Implement and manage quality risk management strategies in line with industry standards and regulations.
  • TrackWise Proficiency: Utilize TrackWise to manage quality and compliance activities, ensuring all changes are documented and tracked effectively.
  • FMEA Execution: Run Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks in manufacturing processes.
  • Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate various site-level projects, ensuring all procedural requirements are met.
  • QRS Facilitation: Utilize Quality Risk Management (QRS) facilitation skills to support and drive quality initiatives.
  • Procedural Compliance: Ensure all projects and changes comply with procedural and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5-10 years in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry with a focus on change management and quality risk management.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in TrackWise
  • Strong understanding of change management (CM) processes
  • Quality Risk Management (QRS) facilitation skills
  • Project Management (PM) experience
  • Expertise in running FMEAs
