Required Experience:

  • 7+ years of professional experience

  • Strong skills in project management and communication
  • Proficient in change management methodologies and project management practices
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Familiarity with leading change management techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in strategic communications and digital transformation
  • Experience in healthcare technology, digital transformation, or change management

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in change management methodologies
  • Ability to adapt in complex organizational environments
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Change Management, or a related field
  • Certifications in training and development are advantageous

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This is a remote position with occasional travel.

  • Competitive pay range: $65-80/hr W2 (Flexible)
