Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in strategic communications and digital transformation
- Experience in healthcare technology or change management
Essential Skills:
- Expertise in change management techniques
- Ability to adapt in complex organizational environments
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Change Management, or a related field
- Certifications in training and development are advantageous
Work Environment:
- This is a remote position with occasional travel requirements.
