Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager providing solutions to the existing and new customer in the Automotive domain.
Responsibilities:
'•Foster positive relationships with existing and new customers as their primary point of contact
•Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively
•Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
•Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
•Work with sales teams to generate new business
Qualifications: (Please list all required qualifications)
Educational:
-> Engineering Degree (Must - Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical), Management Degree (Good to have)
Competencies:
•15+ years' experience in Automotive Engineering Domain, preferably with an OEM or a Tier 1 Suppliers directly or through a service provider
•Good knowledge of all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle and understanding of product development process
•Good to have worked in Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS)/Infotainment/ E-Mobility Domain
•Proven experience as a Sales Director for Auto Industry
•Project management experience
•Experience working with Global Teams
•Background in Sales/Pre-Sales and customer relationship management is preferred
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills
•Customer-oriented approach
•Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
•Sharp business acumen
•Problem-solving aptitude
