JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide strategic direction on employee relations, including performance management and interpersonal conflicts. Conduct thorough investigations into complex employment issues, collaborating with legal and other departments. Drive change initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder communication and risk management. Leverage HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations. Support and advocate for company core values and equitable treatment across all levels of the organization. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Exceptional interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills. Experience with sensitive and complex employee relations issues. Strong understanding of employment law and compliance practices. Bachelor’s Degree. More than seven years of relevant experience in HRBP or employee relations roles, or as an employment attorney.
