Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leaders to design and implement people strategies that support business objectives
  • Develop and deliver analysis, insights, and recommendations on key people metrics, including engagement, retention, diversity, and talent development
  • Support strategic initiatives and projects across the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Counsel and coach leaders on employee relations and provide guidance on sensitive matters
  • Partner with our DE&I team to deploy strategic initiatives and drive cultural transformation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in a People function, with increasing levels of seniority and complexity
  • Experience in a global, complex growth technology company
  • Strong influencing skills and experience handling sensitive employee matters
  • Structured thinking and sound business judgment and acumen
