Tenancy Administration Manager

Review and provide professional advice on tenancy agreements, leasing documents, vendor contracts, quotations or related matters Supervise the team to co-ordinate and follow up on the execution of tenancy agreements, stamping and rates Manage the system to ensure data accuracy Prepare, consolidate and generate reports Undertake other duties as assigned Requirements:

Degree holder in Legal Studies or related disciplines Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in conveyancing and tenancy practice or in-house experience in legal firm is preferable Able to work independently, prioritize work and manage multiple processes Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, attentive to details Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good team player and able to work under pressure Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word-processing How to apply:
