Serves as a Project Manager and Information Technology/Business Liaison for the Office of Airports (ARP), Management Staff. To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-H, FG/GS-12 level. This experience is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE IS DEFINED AS:
Experience utilizing project management principles, methods and tools to develop, schedule, coordinate, track and maintain information technology, business, financial and performance management programs, projects and resources.
OR;
Experience making recommendations to developing policies, processes and procedures for automated tools and templates to support information technology, business, financial and performance management projects and programs.
OR;
Experience evaluating information management systems and business processes; consulting with customers to refine functional requirements; making recommendations for developing design specifications; and providing technical support during the design, testing or implementation stages.
OR;
Experience applying knowledge of IT applications, concepts, standard, methods, system/hardware requirements, design and modification to ensure integration of information technology, business, financial and performance management programs, projects and services.
