GS-09: Assisting an organization with one of the following: administering/overseeing multiple contracts or drafting of financial reports or developing business plans or drafting/reviewing/implementing internal policies/procedures. Assisting an organization in one of the following: developing courses of action, critical paths and milestones to successfully execute contracts or business decisions; or monitoring a resolution processes and provide feedback, reports or audits to management. Assisting an organization to develop one of the following: negotiating positions; or internal/external communication plans; or business/marketing strategies; or financial/cost effectiveness briefings. Assisting an organization in assessing one of the following: customer, vendor or supplier's needs or requirements; or the technical specifications with a product or service; or the market conditions related to a contract or business decision. OR C. Education Substitution: Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
