Qualifications: Experience managing suppliers and purchase orders through Oracle ERPs is a plus. Experience with computer work, including spreadsheets, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems. Previous experience in procurement, department administration, or finance is beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and responsiveness to vendor needs. Consistently exhibit a positive attitude and exceptional work ethic, even in fast-paced environments or when facing challenges.
