Job Title: Ryder Lease Administration Specialist II - REMOTE
At Ryder System, Inc., we are seeking a meticulous Lease Administration Specialist II with exceptional communication abilities to become a vital member of our team. In this role, you will be tasked with reviewing contractual terms, managing documentation for sales, and working collaboratively with both internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Ryder Sales, Vehicle Management, Pricing, Insurance, Procurement, and Lease Administration colleagues for general inquiries or escalations concerning lease documentation.
- Support the Ryder Sales team by investigating and resolving complex or challenging documentation issues.
- Manage the processing of Lease documentation.
Additional Duties
- Evaluate new technologies as required.
- Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adept at multi-tasking, highly organized, and possessing outstanding time management abilities.
- Capable of fostering and maintaining professional relationships across all levels of the organization (peers, teams, clients, supervisors).
- Adaptable and self-motivated to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience, including at least one year in Lease Administration, is required.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $17.25-$17.50 per hour.
