Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated, ambitious and driven Sales Associates with 1-3 years of experience in the IT and business sectors. As a Sales Associate at PARTNERLINQ, you will play a critical role in our growth strategy, working both tactically and strategically to support successful sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Identify and connect with key prospects in the IT and business sectors, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Assist with managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and effective customer journey.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align strategies and optimize sales efforts.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to refine sales tactics and strategies, continuously improving performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or supply chain management background highly preferred
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS, supply chain, or IT industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with, IT and decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to support decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
