Marketing Coordinator (Entry-level)

As a Marketing Coordinator within the Pharmacy Center of Excellence, you'll be at the forefront of driving our brand's success. Your role is pivotal in boosting brand awareness, engaging our audience, increasing registrations, and ultimately enhancing sales. We're seeking a creative, organized, and analytically minded individual to help implement and fine-tune our marketing strategies across multiple channels.

In this dynamic position, you'll work closely with our Pharmacy Center of Excellence to ensure our marketing efforts are cohesive, on-brand, and effectively reach our target audience. Your contributions will be essential in shaping our marketing landscape and driving measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Implement marketing tactics to support event marketing and brand campaigns
  • Support marketing plan development in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Develop and thoroughly proofread copy for promotional materials including but not limited to event registration websites, emails, social media posts, flyers, banners, website pop-ups, and print pieces
  • Coordinate promotional efforts with other members of the marketing team to ensure coverage for all activities
  • Establish and maintain timelines for marketing plans
  • Track, monitor, report on, and course correct marketing activities using insights gained from data analysis
  • Gain situational awareness of the HCP audience and the competitive environment to inform decision making
  • Work collaboratively across internal departments to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals
