Position Overview::

Provide professional support to Human Resources leadership; support production level staffing; benefits administration, office administration activities, and administer programs and procedures needed to support the Human Resources department goals and objectives.

What you will do::
  • Update HR/Payroll systems including agency temporaries information, benefits enrollment, and personal information changes.
  • Assist with the maintenance of employees vacation, time records and filing of personnel documents.
  • Assist with the planning and development of employee activities.
  • Effectively communicate with employees, management, and external parties.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in resolving interpersonal issues and conflicts in the workplace.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and HR regulations.
  • Support benefits enrollment processes and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Work collaboratively with HR colleagues and other departments.
Skills for Success::
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) (Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar field preferred)
  • SHRM-CP or PHR Certified preferred
  • 2-3 years related HR experience or any other combination of education and/or experience necessary to complete essential functions of the position.
  • Must be detailed oriented and have a sense of urgency to complete time bound tasks.
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Must possess excellent customer service and organizational skills.
