Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Plano, TX)


Summary of Job Responsibilities:

Vital Tech Solutions is Premier Technology Consulting and Workforce Management Solutions Provider to the OEM, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Health Care, Finance and Government industries with offices in the Metro Detroit area.

We are looking for a highly motivated and outgoing Human Resources Generalist on behalf of one of our Fortune 500 Customers in the Plano, TX region.

As an HR Professional with Japanese-English bilingual skills, you will be managing the day-to-day tasks of HR Operations including, but not limited to, Employees benefit administration, on/off-boarding process & protocols, providing payroll support and coordination with the Financial Department, and visa processing, among other ad-hoc responsibilities.


Daily Responsibilities:

  • Perform on going tasks related to analyzes, preparations, and processing of accurate payroll data.
  • Perform various deductions (pre/post tax) for local, state and federal tax requirements, and gross-up calculation for expatriate's payroll.
  • Perform on going tasks relevant to preparation and administration of employees benefit open enrollment.
  • Provide full support and preparing all relevant INS Document in coordination with the Immigration Attorney to support Visa Processing.
  • Assist the leadership team with their ongoing efforts of Maximizing Employees Productivity and Employees Morales and Lead by example.
  • Perform and Investigates Employees Safety Accidents and prepares necessary reports & documents for workers' compensation insurance carriers and Federal/State regulatory agencies.
  • Partner with business leaders in any human resources-related subjects and offer HRBP support to achieve company goals.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Selected candidates must have solid presentation skills: oral, and written communication skills with focus on collaborations, building trust with employees, and provide effective information sharing with all stakeholders.
  • Experience performing on going HR communication tasks and provide reporting to senior HR and Business Leaders.
  • Candidates must have experience completing relevant HR Projects on time, and be a deadline Driven Professional.
  • Experience in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint


Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or in a related field
  • Candidates must have 3-8 years of experience in the Human Resources Domain with emphasis on HR Operations, Payroll Support, and Onboarding/Off Boarding Employees.
  • Japanese- English bilingual is a MUST, with strong English communication.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR is Preferred, although Not Required.
