Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field is preferred Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role. IT Recruitment Experience is a plus. Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and organization is paramount with a continuous desire to learn and improve. Knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity. Ability to effectively collaborate in a remote-first environment. The ability to thrive in the fast-paced and ever-changing environment of a startup is a must.
