They incorporate new business/new products into existing sales tools, processes and policies. And, to fully and successfully perform their role they interact and engage cross-functionally with many internal and external constituents such as: Key Account Management, internal Operations, Customer Care, Finance, IT and divisional organizations as well as external Customers. **The Role:** * Maintains OEM bookings, review of Oracle or SAP orders, bookings reconciliation, tool shipment allocation coordination, shipment revenue recognition and backlog tracking * Manages key strategic programs (ex: AMAT PACE and/or other key customer consignment/kanban programs) * Assists in Customer Score Card Management in close partnership with Key Account Management and Sales Operations. * Assists in prioritizing Customer Care representative activities for OEM Accounts * Reviews sales orders in Oracle or SAP for allocations, configuration issues and pricing compliance * Assists in monthly and quarter end close activities in conjunction with finance and Sales Operations * Participate in meetings pertaining to order status, forecast, and/or order review * Works on complex problems where in depth analysis of various factors is required to solve issues * Point of escalation for issues related to appropriate consignment stocking levels, shipment issues and delivery gaps to resolve them. * Works and coordinates verys closely with Sales Operations to support key accounts and key account teams * Builds relationships and fosters collaboration with internal and external peers and constituents. * Ensures compliance with all company, regional and local policies and regulations. * Contributes, as needed, as an integral member of the Key Account Management Teams, to drive ever increasing levels of customer satisfaction. **Education/ Experience** * Bachelors Degree, preferably in engineering, science, or related technical discipline. * Minimum 5-7 years experience related to sales, sales operations, customer care or customer support. * Oracle experience is strongly preferred, SAP experience is a strong plus. **Knowledge areas/Skills** * Understanding of Semiconductor industry, Vacuum industry or other related high technology industries. * Ability to analyze complex issues and requirements and identify key phases and workstreams to resolve and address them. * Demonstrate a well-organized, rational, and analytical approach to problem solving and planning. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders including senior regional and divisional leadership. * Strong planning and organizational skills with critical attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. * Active and working knowledge of SAP is a strongly preferred skill set for this position. * Travel is expected up to 10% of the time. *Current COVID protocols in place.
