Job Summary:

The Call Center Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients by answering inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle high call volumes. The ideal candidate is empathetic, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer concerns by troubleshooting problems and offering effective solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience with every customer interaction.
  • Follow established protocols for call handling and escalate issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and aim for a first-call resolution.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications (MS Office, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
