Position Summary: As a Call Center Representative at Consider Posh Pro, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-tier service and support. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, including product information, billing questions, and technical support, ensuring a positive customer experience and upholding the company’s commitment to excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Problem Resolution: Listen to customer concerns, diagnose issues, and provide accurate and timely solutions. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to assist customers effectively. Provide accurate information and guidance.
- Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions, including call details, actions taken, and follow-up required, in the company's CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
- Proficient in using computers, including CRM software, email, and MS Office applications.
