Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting with their insurance-related inquiries and needs.


Pay range:
$19.50 - $30.00 hourly


Responsibilities:


Answer incoming calls from clients, providing information about insurance products, coverage options, and pricing.Assist clients with policy inquiries, billing questions, claims processing, and other insurance-related issues.Document client interactions and transactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM system.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products based on clients' needs and preferences.Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues or concerns.Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.







High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and call center software.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
