Job Summary: The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions in a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure satisfaction.
  • Process orders, applications, and account updates accurately.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure resolution of their issues.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software, including CRM tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
