Coordinating annual open enrollment process. Assisting with all compliance reporting such as EEO, 1095’s, SPD’s, SAR’s. Reviewing, auditing, and processing all HR and benefit related invoices. Administering short/long term disability FMLA and disability issues. Assisting with policy development and implementation. Coordinating and conducting weekly new employee orientations. Ensuring compliance with State and Federal laws including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, DOL, and other applicable regulations.
