Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to resource for office inquiries, encompassing knowledge in accounting, IT, and HR-related matters.
- Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits enrollment, and maintaining personnel records in both electronic and physical formats.
- Provide administrative support to Partners and other firm members by managing schedules and general tasks. Coordinate calendars and events for both internal and external meetings.
- Manage office expense tracking and reporting. Ensure accurate maintenance of firm-wide memberships and dues, utilizing QuickBooks and spreadsheets for organized reporting.
- Assist with client engagement and communication as required.
- Supervise front office personnel with professionalism, fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Lead various projects aligned with the firm’s needs, identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
