**Deadline Hollywood: Event Coordinator**

The Events team at Deadline is hiring an **Events Coordinator** to work with the Events Director to plan and execute a wide range of events.

**Responsibilities will include:**

* Plan and organize events including but not limited to tracking/managing RSVPs, run of show, venue, A/V, and vendors such as catering, rentals, signage, permitting, etc.

* Manage event set up, break down and run point at events along with Event Director

* Work with partners on collecting necessary assets for invitation, website, event programs

* Work with sponsors on their event needs

* Ensure all necessary products are shipped to venue and shipped back after event

* Assist in coordinating vendor travel as necessary

* Ability to travel, work evenings, and weekends as required for events per direction from Events Director

**We are seeking:**

* Experience with event planning & execution

* Exceptional organizational skills

* Works well under pressure

* Great at multi-tasking and handling multiple projects simultaneously

* A positive team-player who is creative with an eye for detail

* Skilled in Microsoft Office suite, G-Suite, Salesforce, splashthat.com, & Exact Target
