Manage 401K and Health Savings Account deposits. Troubleshoot ADP issues. Optimize ADP features. Provide HR support and maintain confidentiality. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies. Complete compliance training as required. Perform additional duties/projects as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 3 years managing full-cycle payroll with ADP WorkforceNow; 2 years in Human Resources preferred. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
