Job Title: HR Payroll Specialist - PAYROLL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Location: Renton, WA 98057 Schedule: Full-Time (40hrs/wk), Onsite Employment Type: Temp (high possibility of Temp-to-Hire or Direct-Hire, depending on IV) Pay Rate: $28.00 - $38.00/hr Responsibilities: Process semi-monthly payroll. Act as main audit contact for payroll. Ensure accurate ADP payroll tax reporting. Generate ad hoc HR reports. Collaborate with third parties for EEO-1 and Vets 100 reports. Manage 401K and Health Savings Account deposits. Troubleshoot ADP issues. Optimize ADP features. Provide HR support and maintain confidentiality. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies. Complete compliance training as required. Perform additional duties/projects as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 3 years managing full-cycle payroll with ADP WorkforceNow; 2 years in Human Resources preferred. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
