The Lead Sales Enablement Consultant will act as a technical training content strategist to collaborate with stakeholders across functions, processes, services, and products to deliver efficient and creative solutions to meet business needs and boost employee self-service productivity and efficiency. In this role, you will:
  • Configure and maintain WalkMe experiences; manage multiple, concurrent projects with overlapping timelines
  • Perform building, testing and QA of WalkMe activities to ensure integrity of design and optimal employee experience
  • Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross functional with broad impact
  • Review and analyze complex, multifaceted, large scale and long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and middle to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Analyze use cases and understand client needs/challenges; offer creative solutions using WalkMe's suite of applications; size and scope efforts
  • Partner with application owners to define and align self-service content
  • Consult with product teams to understand user research/pain points, incorporate recommended design elements, address and remediate accessibility issues, etc.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate/collaborate with Wells Fargo's WalkMe Center of Excellence solution engineers, as appropriate
  • Analyze WalkMe data to identify trends and recommend adjustments
  • Learn, document, and apply WalkMe best practices; seek opportunities for ongoing enhancements and scalable solutions
  • Lead projects and teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Sales Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of business support, technology implementation, program management and/or performance improvement
  • Experience designing and developing learning for complex technology systems and processes including Agile development methodology environments
  • Experience with HTML, jQuery and CSS
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to creatively problem solve and simplify complex processes/issues
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
