We are currently seeking experienced Sales Representatives (In-home Sales) to fill positions in our upcoming training sessions.
*This role operates on a commission-only basis, with additional bonus opportunities following an initial training phase.*
The Field Sales Consultant plays a vital role within our organization, tasked with conducting in-home design consultations for homeowners interested in upgrading their bath or shower systems. Ideal candidates will exhibit exceptional customer service abilities, a strong results-oriented mindset, and the skill to engage in complex discussions to successfully close sales.
- Next Training class commences soon
- 4 weeks of compensated Sales Training
- Commission structure with bonus potential post-training
- Average earnings for Sales Representatives range from $120k to $150k
- Top performers can exceed $200K
Qualifications for Field Sales Consultant:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Outside Sales (in-home sales preferred)
- Ability to adapt to new procedures and adhere to established systems.
- Proficient in using technology, specifically an iPad.
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and appropriate insurance.
- Willingness to manage a high volume of driving.
- Availability for Monday to Friday shifts, including some Saturdays.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, with alternating Saturdays.
- Appointments scheduled between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- No work responsibilities on Sundays.
