You will be at the forefront of insurance sales, guiding new clients through our offerings, managing claims and inquiries, and building a robust lead pipeline to foster new business opportunities.
Compensation:$45,000 - $75,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain both electronic and physical records, ensuring all contracting documentation is up-to-date.
- Support existing policyholders throughout the insurance claims process while managing ongoing claims.
- Respond to inquiries from current and potential customers promptly and courteously, including scheduling new appointments and addressing questions related to billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies.
- Assess new clients' insurance requirements, risks, objectives, current coverage, and financial circumstances by organizing meetings for new customers, ensuring a tailored experience.
- Broaden our potential customer base and promote our insurance offerings through networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to attract new business.
- High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Active Life & Health insurance license is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Experience in client service as a sales representative is advantageous.
