Objectives:

Provide technical and commercial support to the existing customer base in the Liquid, Beverage and Sugar Refining treatment market to achieve company revenue and operating income goals. Support the development and implementation of the product marketing plan:

Development and distribution of marketing communications Trade Show plan and participation Online and traditional target marketing activities

Develop new customers/distributors in target territories/global regions to increase commercial sales:

Respond to Technical Inquiries, support performance estimations and prepare commercial quotations as necessary. Provide technical support for current and planned customer pilot testing programs.

Support Sales and Operations planning activities, providing sales demand forecasting for existing and potential customers. Develop white papers/case studies associated with existing customer installations and new customer evaluations to support marketing efforts. Maintain customer database of existing and prospective sugar market customers. Travel: 40-50% Travel is expected

Education and Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree in technical discipline (preferably Chemical engineering or Chemistry) or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and / or experience. Experience:

At least 10 years of sales and marketing experience. Direct sales experience in liquid sugar, beverage and sugar refining industry a plus. Technical knowledge of specialty adsorbents and sugar market a plus. Chemical/Manufacturing industry experience preferred. Competencies:

Demonstrated effective cold calling abilities Customer relationship management Results Driven Effective communication skills - verbal and written Organization Demonstrated business acumen Data analysis and interpretation Interpersonal skills Ability to coordinate priorities Works well independently
