Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role: Support the overall reporting strategy for Pinnacle, identifying opportunities for enhanced automation and visualisation. Support the Finance Manager - FP&A & Commercial in managing the forecasting and planning process. Prepare and present business-wide analysis to senior leaders/management. Consolidate multiple channels (e.g. Jimmy Brings, Shortys, ALH) through different systems and mapping process for BDF collection and keeping consistent guidelines/processes. Consolidate end-to-end Pinnacle results including Contribution view, Exco reporting, Board reporting, Month end Flash, Pinnacle Forecast, risks and ops and KPI performance. Business partner with cost centre managers to drive optimal cost outcomes for Pinnacle’s cost centres within Endeavour Group. Management and maintenance of cost centre reporting, marketing and BDF funds. Drive ‘better together’ agenda across the finance teams, specifically closer working with banner finance teams and wine production to simplify business processes, enhance insight and realise synergies. Monitor overall working capital held by Pinnacle retail (including upstream production working capital) to identify SLOB and minimise inventory holdings. Support the S&OP function on the achievement of working capital reduction initiatives. Proactively drive the identification and implementation of opportunities for enhanced reporting. Provide support and guidance to the Commercial Finance team. Lead data-driven decision making and drive performance improvements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct ad hoc business analysis/reporting for the Executive leadership team. Assist with ad hoc projects and process improvement. Qualifications Now let’s talk about you: Minimum 5-7 years experience within Finance FP&A. CA / CPA / CIMA qualified. Able to manage the forecasting and planning process. Retail, FMCG and Commercial experience. Strong finance reporting, presentation and storyboarding skills. Advanced time management and prioritisation skills. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to communicate complex financial information simplistically. Advanced experience using financial systems in a commercial environment e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, GCP. Ability to translate customer data and insights into meaningful and relevant action.
