MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Financial Analyst-Operations position entails evaluating actual performance against standards and budgets, generating monthly management reports, and collaborating with the Operations team to ensure the precision of financial data impacting results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Accounting, and Finance teams to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, focusing on both direct and indirect manufacturing costs.
- Analyze production variances using standard cost systems, providing insights for operational enhancements.
- Support financial activities related to strategic projects aimed at improving the business model and profitability.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate the month-end close process, including necessary journal entries and inventory reconciliations.
- Engage in annual site year-end physical inventory management.
- Support bid and proposal efforts, ensuring compliance with requests for proposals and developing cost summaries.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process, including cost of sales and expense planning.
- Provide support for external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
