The primary responsibility of a Financial Analyst is to deliver comprehensive financial insights and strategic support to our business units.

You will manage financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and provide decision-making support for leadership teams across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Collaboration:
Establish yourself as a trusted financial partner to the business units and executive leadership.
Embed finance deeply within the organization, understanding business needs, and identifying trends and opportunities to enhance our financial strategy.
Develop revenue and expense plans aligned with strategic business objectives in partnership with senior management.
Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews, create metrics, and track performance.
Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
Work with business partners to forecast activities, update departmental budgets, and maintain cost control across supported organizations.

Financial Planning & Forecasting:
Assist in the annual financial planning cycle, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and profitability targets.
Lead the monthly and quarterly financial forecasting processes, ensuring accurate projections, comprehensive reporting, variance analysis, and proactive communication.
Review financials related to closing activities, including accruals and reclassifications.
Propose operational improvements to enhance financial visibility, control, and planning effectiveness.
Drive accurate forecasting of cloud expenditures and monitor adherence to budgetary commitments.

Reporting & Analytics:
Support the reporting of financial results to both internal and external stakeholders. Utilize financial models to streamline and scale existing processes.
Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance analytics, data quality, and self-service reporting capabilities. Collaborate with Corporate Accounting to ensure accurate accounting treatment of transactions.
Experience in high-growth environments, particularly in SaaS or subscription models, is preferred.
Demonstrate accountability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Exhibit strong organizational, communication, and influencing skills.
Proficient in analytics, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues across various functions.
Adaptability to rapid changes in a high-growth environment is crucial.
Familiarity with standard accounting and finance practices, as well as departmental procedures, is expected.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Hyperion is a plus.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Business Finance, Strategy & Operations.
