We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Population Health Analyst to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a key member of our population health team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex healthcare data to inform business decisions and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and compile data from multiple systems to support population health initiatives
- Develop and maintain complex SQL views, stored procedures, and functions to automate business processes
- Design and maintain regular dashboards on quality, financial outcomes, and population health management measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research, gather, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to leadership teams
- Mentor and train team members on analytic techniques, data features, and analytics software applications
- 5+ years of experience in finance or analytics/analyst experience in a healthcare environment
- 2-3 years of healthcare (payer/provider) experience and database querying skills
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field(s) of study such as health administration, management, information systems, or business administration
- Master's Degree in relevant field(s) strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence tools
- 5+ years of experience creating stored procedures and functions
