The Senior Digital Product Manager, CRM works independently to manage complex digital product lifecycles, including product vision and strategy, go-to-market plans, development, positioning, launch and messaging.
Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:
Job Duties
Establish and drive digital product vision and strategy, including go-to-market plans, positioning and messaging
Build, manage and prioritize an actionable product roadmap to support our goals and strategies, in collaboration with other Product Managers, business partners, and third party vendors
Lead business units to gather, manage, and prioritize market/member requirements, acting as a member advocate
Lead internal partners, including Scrum and Engineering teams to ensure frictionless end to end release management
Lead internal team Product Manager meetings, as required
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver the best member and employee experience
Leverage user feedback from various channels, competitive analysis, and technology trends to lead and oversee the development of member-centric products
Create product personalization strategies to improve member stickiness and increase member life time value
Establish, monitor and measure KPIs to drive product success
Mentor other Product Managers on a day to day basis
Minimum 6 years' experience in a digital product management role including some experience gathering user requirements, and building/deploying digital products, preferably in the financial services industry
Advanced knowledge of Scrum Agile
Experience with personalization of customer facing products to improve stickiness and product depth
Experience with Pega or a customer analytic CRM strongly preferred
Experience with design-thinking best practices and testing to deliver digital products and experiences
Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple assignments and deliverables simultaneously with the flexibility to meet changing needs and demands
Strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences
Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Distinctive problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
Familiarity with Atlassian Suite including Jira and Confluence
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing or a related field
Certification/License
: Scrum Agile Certification and
Pega Decisioning Architect Certification

Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR:
$117k - $130k annually + annual bonus

$130k - $150k annually + annual bonus
Target Compensation in San Jose, CA 95134:
$145k - $165k annually + annual bonus
