Position Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing supply planning for hard disk drives (HDD).
- Developing and refining factory production schedules and material requisition plans to ensure timely product delivery, aligning with corporate revenue and profit objectives.
- Managing I2 Plan processes, including weekly stewardship of ASM, MC, and BC runs, monitoring supply responses, identifying supply/demand discrepancies, and collaborating with data input stakeholders.
- Coordinating MRP runs and analyzing material plans to identify gaps, working closely with the Materials team and Procurement to resolve bottlenecks.
- Leading strategic discussions with business units to synchronize inventory staging and explore trade-off options.
- Collaborating with the Supply Chain optimization team to facilitate the effective implementation of Central Planning processes.
- Partnering with Asia Planning and Production Control teams to execute production schedules.
- Engaging with various stakeholders, including Demand Planning, Asia Planning, Materials Planning, Data Governance, Capacity Planning, Product Operations Management, Sales Operations, and CP project teams.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Performing additional responsibilities as assigned.
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience with I2 or Integrated Planning is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- A Master's degree in a related discipline is advantageous.
