Job Objective/Summary: The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Community Relations and is responsible for the development and execution of Lawrence Healthcare's social media strategy and other marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, interest in, the understanding of, and goodwill toward Lawrence Healthcare on the part of both internal and external stakeholders. This position will execute programs to interpret facility activities and market them to the general public, medical staff, volunteers and employees using media, lectures to community groups, etc. The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in Lawrence Healthcare's philanthropic efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with all aspects of fundraising events including planning, executing, volunteer coordination and data entry to ensure goals are being met.

Job Education, Licenses/Certifications, Knowledge & Experience: A Baccalaureate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field is required. Must have at least 1 year of social media/marketing experience. Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Must be proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar software.
