Position Overview

The Email Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our email marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to design and distribute daily email communications, create targeted email segments, and conduct performance tracking and analytics reporting. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive omni-channel experience.

A foundational understanding of data integration with an Email Service Provider is preferred, along with a technical mindset and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Internet Operations, Creative, Analytics).

Core Duties

  • Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns and other CRM-related projects.
  • Manage the email campaign process: oversee the marketing department's email calendar, perform data entry for the email schedule, segment customer lists, implement analytics tagging, conduct pre-deployment testing/quality control, deploy campaigns via the Listrak platform, and perform backend analysis using Google Analytics.
  • Partner with colleagues and leadership to ensure project results align with marketing objectives and maintain consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Research industry trends and the competitive landscape to enhance customer segmentation, creative elements, and the latest email marketing strategies/techniques/tools.
  • Analyze and interpret email performance metrics.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.


Work is primarily conducted in an office environment, though projects may occasionally require travel to non-standard workplaces. The role necessitates the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards, lift and carry parcels weighing up to 25lbs, and walk short distances.


$45,000 - $60,000 Annual Salary
