Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with office managers and pursuit leaders on marketing and business development initiatives.

+ Lead professional, well-organized, and energetic business development efforts for Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and interviews.

+ Conduct research, writing, and editing of non-technical sections of proposals.

+ Oversee the production of deliverables associated with these initiatives in accordance with company standards.

+ Understand the Client Account Analysis process and facilitate project-specific Client Account Analyses.

+ Provide content for proposals and general business development support to ensure regular client engagement by Client Service Managers, project managers, and technical practice representatives.

+ Assist in the daily upkeep of the company’s business development database.

Qualifications

+ 4-8 years of experience in marketing.

+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Word.

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

+ Strong organizational abilities.

+ Knowledge of industry, sales, and marketing processes.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and InDesign.

+ Previous experience in A/E/C or proposal coordination is preferred.
