Position Overview

The Email Marketing Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of our email marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and distribute daily email communications, develop targeted email segments, and conduct performance tracking and analytics reporting. A foundational understanding of data integration with an Email Service Provider is preferred, along with a technical mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments (e.g., IT, Internet Operations, Creative, Analytics).


Core Duties

  • Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns and other related CRM projects.
  • Manage the email campaign workflow: maintain the marketing department's email calendar, perform data entry for the email schedule, conduct customer segmentation, implement analytics tagging, execute pre-deployment testing and quality control, and oversee deployment via the Listrak platform, along with backend analysis using Google Analytics.
  • Work closely with colleagues and leadership to ensure project results align with marketing goals and that messaging is cohesive across all platforms.
  • Research industry trends and the competitive landscape to enhance customer segmentation, creative strategies, and the latest email marketing techniques and tools.
  • Analyze and interpret email performance metrics.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is required.


Work is generally conducted in an office setting, although projects may occasionally require visits to non-standard workplaces. The role necessitates the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards, as well as the capacity to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs and walk short distances.
