Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR procedures and policies
  • Handle employee relations issues and concerns
  • Maintain personnel records and ensure data accuracy within the HRIS
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Coordinate and conduct weekly new-hire orientations
  • Administer employee benefits program
  • Provide guidance to managers on HR-related issues and best practices
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in the construction or skilled trades industry
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
