A Day in the Life
  • Champion engaging recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes through collaboration with our Talent Acquisition Specialist(s) and Management.
  • Develop and manage tenure, peer, and value recognition programs that are sustainable, drive the right behaviors, celebrate our best and our brightest, and enhance engagement.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations issues, investigations, and performance improvement. Supporting and coaching leaders through the process.
  • Be a resource for all team members, connecting them with the appropriate internal or external resource for professional and personal matters.

Required Skills

What We Are Looking For:

Associate/bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or 5+ years of relevant experience
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
Life coach/skills certification preferred (or willing to obtain: Company paid).
Demonstrated PC skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and deliver presentations and/or training materials.

Good time management skills, organized, able to meet deadlines, and be attentive to detail.
