We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer to develop new business in Houston. This position is responsible for generating new business for Grand Pacific and cultivating relationships with prospects. You must be familiar with the real estate market in Houston and other cities nearby. If you are ready for a rewarding and challenging career, don't miss this opportunity

Responsibilities
• Originate floating-rate commercial real estate loans
• Meet with loan applicants and assess their financial needs
• Determine appropriate pricing and loan structure
• Analyze loan applicants' financial strengths and weaknesses
• Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations
• Coordinate with different parties to facilitate loan closing, as needed
• Establish relationships with loan brokers

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 2 years of commercial lending experience required
• Experience in construction loans preferred
• Ability to analyze financial information
• Must be familiar with the real estate market in Austin, Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, and San Antonio
• Strong credit analysis and accounting background
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong client relations skills
