Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and structure floating-rate commercial real estate loans.
  • Engage with loan applicants to evaluate their financial requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with loan brokers.
  • Assess and determine suitable pricing and loan configurations.
  • Evaluate the financial strengths and weaknesses of loan applicants.
  • Conduct property site assessments and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth loan closing processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lending is required.
  • Experience with construction loans is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the real estate markets in Austin, Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, and San Antonio is necessary.
  • Proficient in analyzing financial data.
