We cannot undo the incident, but we can do everything in our power to make people whole in the eyes of the law by demanding justice and fair compensation.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist to assist in our marketing efforts at a personal injury law firm. As the Marketing Specialist you will report to the Marketing Director but also have some regular interaction with the owner for marketing activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with the develop of content for all social media platforms for Isaacs & Isaacs and any other company affiliates
Platforms include but are not limited to: TikTok, YouTube channels, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Any new future platforms
Develop, create & schedule regular posting for all social media channels including filming short videos
Develop creative graphics and content for platforms as needed for post
Manage social posts in Buffer
Research competitors of I&I and monitor what they are doing.
Develop giveaway contest on social media platforms work with Marketing Director on Terms & Conditions for those giveaways.
Overseeing the monitoring/removing/hiding comments on all social media pages & companies.
Assist in the development and management of ad campaigns on Social Media platforms.
Work with the Marketing Director on social media budgets and staying within those budgets for ad campaigns.
Post Facebook events as needed.
Assist in the implementation and ongoing needs of digital elements as new opportunities are available.
Handle all postings and changes to the Google Business Profiles and Google LSA accounts.
Load addresses for geofencing reports daily and reviewing billing for geofencing addresses
Help to monitor budgets for all social media ad campaigns.
Help to develop graphic materials for the print including digital and print.
Order marketing materials (flyer, banners, etc.)
Assist in management of the apparel store and coordinate budget with HR.
Updates to Hammer Hub app as needed
Assist in logging budgetary items for Marketing Director’s monthly budget review
Assist in Media and Company events and internal communications for the company
Gather information for new attorneys for website update and coordinate professional photography
Requirements
Preference for Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
Preference for 2+ years experience in Marketing either for a Corporate environment or for a Marketing Agency
Prior experience with a law firm is a plus but not required for this role
Must be willing to do a hybrid onsite schedule with a couple days a week in office, and be available for marketing events
Must have strong work ethic and be a self starter
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with limited supervision
Content of personal social media accounts need to reflect a high standard of professionalism as this role, personal & professional standards
Must have exceptional communication and written skills, with attention to detail for all communications
Must have strong negotiation and people skills
Must have Microsoft office proficiency
Must keep information about the firm confidential
