Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and determine their eligibility for admission to our rehabilitation hospital
- Prepare strategic development plans to increase referrals and admissions
- Conduct marketing calls and presentations to potential referral sources
- Integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice
- Current, valid, and active clinical licensure (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist)
- 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in healthcare sales
- Ability to travel in the regional area on a regular basis
- Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures
- Demonstrates an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursements, etc., that impact overall hospital operations
