Old National Bank is seeking a skilled Market Relationship Banker to join our team. As a key member of our Community Banking Center, you will be responsible for developing and cultivating long-term client relationships by providing expert financial solutions and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and grow client relationships through consultative sales and service
- Consult with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored solutions
- Cross-sell products and services to meet client needs
- Maintain contact with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Achieve sales and service targets, including loan production, new account production, and digital banking enrollment
- Acquire new Community Bank relationships through referral networks and outreach efforts
- High School diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum one year relationship-based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience
- Eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) or currently NMLS registered
