POSITION OVERVIEW:
Job Summary


As a vital member of the Sales team, the Admissions Specialist collaborates with the Sales Director to achieve campus revenue and occupancy objectives.

The primary focus is to implement sales strategies for the health center and manage all pre-admission and admission documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Sales Director to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Attains set goals for lead conversion and leasing for both the health center and senior living.
  • Manages pre-admission, admission, and transfer documentation, including insurance verification and precertification processes.
  • Responds promptly to all inquiries and leads, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Facilitates a smooth admission process and enhances the overall experience.
  • Communicates admission and move-in schedules during daily meetings, providing updates on current referrals and statuses.
  • Aids in maintaining the daily resident roster.
  • Assists in organizing campus events, including community marketing initiatives and lead generation activities.
  • Maintains promotional materials as directed by the Sales Director.
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to create effective sales tools and communications.
  • Shares insights about customer needs and local market trends with department leaders and updates the CRM accordingly.
  • Works with the Executive Director and Sales Director to establish and sustain an effective internal referral program involving residents and their families.
  • Supports the Sales Director in ensuring that all community spaces, including apartments and common areas, are presented in an appealing manner, adhering to company standards.
  • Conducts competitive analysis to monitor current market competitors.
  • Partners with Life Enrichment to ensure social channels accurately reflect the quality of services offered.
  • Participates in various committees and meetings within the health campus, including census calls and advisory boards.
  • As a representative of the organization, maintains a professional demeanor and communication style at all times.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education:
High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 1-3 years in a relevant field

Licenses and Certifications

Valid driver's license in the state of residence.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, stretch, stoop, walk, and move intermittently throughout the workday. Must be capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.

Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for interactions with colleagues, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and external business associates.
